WeDoctor (abbreviated “Weiyi”) was established in 2010 and is China's largest digital medical service platform. It operates diversified businesses, including medical services (digital medical consulting and diagnosis, general medical care and assisted reproductive technology (ART)) and health maintenance services (health management membership, mobile hospitals, digital chronic disease management and cloud physical examination).
The three funds under management are leading investors of series F and F+ financing of Wedoctor, with a total investment of more than 250 million dollars.
WeDoctor has submitted listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and is expected to go public by the end of 2021. The annualized IRR of the funds is estimated at 30%.
